Your Day at a Glance
9:45am — Registration and welcome
10:00am — Introduction, history and benefits
10:20am — Contra-indications and consultation
10:40am — Practical: upper back, shoulders and arms
12:00pm — Lunch (30 minutes)
12:30pm — Practical: neck and head
1:30pm — Practical: ears and face
2:30pm — Short break
2:45pm — Full routine run-through
4:15pm — Certification and next steps
4:30pm — Close
Your IPHM Practitioner Certificate
On completion of your case study portfolio, you will be awarded your IPHM Practitioner Certificate — internationally recognised and accepted by professional insurers straightaway.
Your portfolio involves working with 3 clients, completing 3 sessions with each, over a 3-week period following the training day. Your written summaries are tutor-marked by Jackie personally.
Once certified, you can register with IPHM and obtain professional insurance immediately — meaning you can begin seeing paying clients straight away.
Small Group Learning
This training is kept deliberately intimate — a maximum of 4 students per day. That means you receive proper, personalised teaching throughout, with plenty of time to practise and ask questions.
Every student both gives and receives each section of the routine, so you leave the day with real hands-on confidence — not just theory.
About Your Trainer
Jackie Cave has over 30 years of experience in holistic therapies and professional training. She has taught Indian Head Massage to students in both the UK and Canada, and holds Executive IPHM Training Provider status — one of the highest levels of accreditation available.
Jackie’s teaching style is warm, thorough and unhurried. You will be fully supported every step of the way, from your first practice stroke on the day through to receiving your certificate.
