These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you and Jackie Cave Wellness. By booking a service, joining our membership, or purchasing a course, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

 

  1. About us

Jackie Cave Wellness is a holistic wellness practice run by Jacqueline Parkes, trading as Jackie Cave Wellness, based in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, UK. We provide yoga teaching, hypnotherapy, holistic therapy treatments, online courses, and the Soul Light Circle membership community.

By accessing our website at jackiecavewellness.com or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. Health disclaimer

The services offered by Jackie Cave Wellness — including hypnotherapy, yoga, reflexology, holistic treatments, guided meditations, and energy work — are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By booking or attending any session, you confirm that:

  • You have consulted your GP or medical practitioner if you have any existing health conditions, and have been advised it is safe to participate
  • You will disclose any relevant health conditions, medications, or contraindications prior to your session
  • You understand that results from holistic therapies and hypnotherapy vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed
  • You take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing and participate voluntarily

A health consultation is required before your first hypnotherapy session. Jackie Cave Wellness reserves the right to decline or pause a session if it is deemed not appropriate for your current health situation.

 

  1. Bookings and appointments

Bookings can be made via our website, by email, or through our booking system. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Jackie Cave Wellness.

  • Please arrive on time for in-person sessions. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
  • For online sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space.
  • Jackie Cave Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative appointment will be offered.

 

  1. Cancellation and refund policy

Appointments and 1-to-1 sessions

  • More than 48 hours notice: full refund or free rescheduling
  • 24 to 48 hours notice: 50% refund, or the option to reschedule once
  • Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: no refund

Workshops and events

  • More than 7 days before the event: full refund
  • 3 to 7 days before the event: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before the event: no refund, but you may transfer your place to another person

Online courses

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Beyond this point, no refund can be issued.

Soul Light Circle membership

  • Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are given for unused days within a billing period

  1. Payment terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via our website checkout, Systeme.io, Stripe, or SumUp.

  • All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes
  • Jackie Cave Wellness reserves the right to change prices at any time; existing confirmed bookings will not be affected
  • In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us directly in the first instance

 

  1. Intellectual property

All content created and published by Jackie Cave Wellness — including but not limited to course materials, hypnosis scripts, meditations, workshop resources, website content, videos, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Jackie Cave Wellness and is protected by copyright.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our content without prior written permission
  • Share login credentials for our online courses or membership with third parties
  • Record sessions (in person or online) without explicit written consent

Course materials and membership content are licensed for your personal use only. Any breach of these terms may result in your access being revoked without refund.

 

  1. Soul Light Circle membership — code of conduct

Our Soul Light Circle community is a safe, supportive, and respectful space. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat all members and facilitators with kindness, respect, and compassion
  • Keep confidential any personal information shared by other members within the community
  • Refrain from promoting your own products, services, or external links without permission
  • Engage with integrity, honesty, and an open heart

Jackie Cave Wellness reserves the right to remove any member from the community without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms.

 

  1. Limitation of liability

Jackie Cave Wellness will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.

Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific service.

 

  1. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

  1. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. These terms were last updated on 28 March 2026.
